The greatest pride that a team can have is the development of its work. But for us, it is also the sum of efforts, sacrifices, strengths and weaknesses that represents Aircraft Service SA´s history, written by the idols and leaders that boost pilots and operator´s confidence, after flying an aircraft repaired by the company.
The responsibility of being faithful to those who choose us is the result of the "Masters´" work, the pioneers who are worldwide recognized by the aviation jargon as the best. This title is unquestionably owned by the beloved Mario Rotondi who, in 1976, join with Alfonso D'Amore, Juan Besero and Roberto Pizlo father and set up Aero Morón, a group of specialists in various technical areas willing to pool their strengths to solve the aircraft´s maintenance needs.
The company development required the expansion of services. So, in 1979 the members of Aero Morón completed the Technical Training for TPE 331 Major Repair (for Garrett Turbine) in the United States and obtained the Major international TPE 331 Service Center authorization, under the chairmanship of Mario Rotondi.
The ´80s brought success, because of the extraordinary results achieved by the repair of turbines, engines and airplanes after the arrival of Rockwell Commanders and other aircrafts´ brands to Argentina. This context demanded the consolidation of the business and the addition of new employees to the existing team.
Years went by and in 1998, after that evolution, was formed Aircraft Service SA, a new company which has kept and merged all the previous experience and responsibility, with the appropriate management and administration tools to face the needs of the current aviation market. In these 33 years the group has upheld the International Honeywell TPE 331 Major Service Center authorization and consolidated the specialized services to LearJet series, Metro I, II, III, 23, Cheyenne I, II and III, Piper series, Cessnna series, Beechcraft series, among other brands and services.
Our precursors are still illuminating the daily work, considering the legacy passed down to the future generations they gave birth. The Rotondis continue their mandate with Patricia at the Administrative Office. Roberto Pizlo son is one of the specialists in Learjet and Metro and express, also with his son, the family passion for aircrafts. Wisdom must also be recognized in Amadeo Clemente, considering his 50 years of experience in Cheyenne series, Piper and Cessnna series.
Aircraft Service SA completes its staff with young professionals and mechanics who combine their national and international training tools with the personalized and effective attention given by Alfonso D'Amore´s management, since that TPE331 Major Service Center.This is our history, the words that communicate us with those who have departed, those who have grown up with the company, and the clients and friends who have accompanied the take-off and fly of a high team.
